Our consultation fee includes:
- A one-hour consultation with a Home Branders specialist with the home-owners and/or agent. This is an in-depth consultation from the outside of the home in. We will assess everything from curb appeal, furniture placement, clutter, cleanliness, paint colors, lighting, flow, space/functionality of spaces, re-modeling projects, etc.
- A detailed home-work list, organized by room and prioritized by importance. This is the ultimate checklist of things to do to make the most out of the home-selling process.
Once the home-work list is looked over, you may choose to make updates to the home on your own OR Home Branders can be hired to implement the some/all of the desired changes.
Our Re-Design Services include:
- De-cluttering projects
- Furniture removal and re-design
