| Home Branders is a concept created to help home owners, Real Estate Agents and builders make the most out of their home’s presentation and marketing efforts while on the market. Home Branders, formerly Center Stage Homes, was created in 2006 as the combined vision of Myra Britton and Amber Langston. Myra had over 25 years experience in the cleaning industry. Amber was working at a local Advertising agency. Myra’s experience in the home, Amber’s marketing experience and their combined love of design were united to form Center Stage Homes. Amber purchased the company in 2007 and has expanded services and since changed the name to Home Branders. Since 2006, Home Branders has been helping homeowners, Real Estate Agents and builders sell homes quickly and for top dollar. “We have been seeing incredible results. Homes that have been sitting on the market for 3, 6, and 9 months are selling in 30 days.,” Amber Langston says. “Over 85% of our staged homes in 2007 received and accepted an offer in less than 30 days. In some cases these homes have sat on the market for months and months. We have even helped some of our homes receive/accept offers in as few as 7 days. Staging has a way of adding life into a vacant property that buyers really respond to. It also has a way of adding continuity and appeal to homes that are lived in while on the market. Staging is all about creating lasting first impressions that buyers take with them to each property they visit,” Langston says. |

| Amber Langston feels very passionate in regards to educating individuals of the power and feasibility of Home Staging and proper marketing. Langston personally writes “Set Up to Sell,” a weekly column in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Real Estate Section on Sundays that gives homeowners valuable information, tips, ideas and thoughts on Home Staging. Home Branders has grown leaps and bounds from its modest beginning. Home Staging is a concept that has been around for over 30 years, but was not well known in the Central Arkansas market. “It’s a valuable tool that everyone selling a home should know is in their back pocket. Selling a home is a stressful time and we take pride in helping individuals take some of the guess work out of it. Probably the most rewarding part of owning this company is to see the relief and excitement in our clients’ eyes once our services have helped sell their home. It’s a good feeling to help make someone’s life a little easier just by doing what you love,” Langston says. Home Branders is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and Home Builder’s Association of Greater Little Rock.
